ok so im on my way to work and i see some foreign woman on a 125 scooter. normally i dont look twice at ppl but she pilled out infront of me almost sending me into a car. this woman was riding a 125 with no L plates and to top it of she didnt have a propper lid. it was a plastic puchbike lid and it was 2 small.... i have been pulled over so many times for my L plate on front not beeing inline …
